The game is in beta. Features and availability may change.
Accounts
Protect your sign-in details and do not use another person's account. Do not impersonate someone through your nickname or submit private information about others. Contact support if you need help with your account; never send your password or sign-in codes.
Fair use
Use the game lawfully and respect other people. Do not harass others, gain unauthorised access, interfere with accounts or servers, or submit abusive or unlawful content. Obtain a parent or guardian's permission where required by law.
Do not sell or transfer accounts or claim to represent the publisher without permission.
Purchases
Available offers show their total price in EUR, including applicable VAT. Crystal purchases are one-time payments handled by Stripe and credited to the signed-in account after payment confirmation. Crystals are for Dinosgacha only; they cannot be transferred or cashed out. Items priced in crystals also show their real-money equivalent.
Egg outcomes are random and duplicates are possible. A guaranteed legendary egg guarantees legendary rarity, not a particular species. Any specific guarantee is stated in the offer.
Unused crystals and withdrawals
You may withdraw from a crystal purchase within 14 days for purchased crystals that remain unused. If you have used only part of a purchase, you may request a refund for the eligible unused part, calculated from the price paid and the purchase history. Buying crystals does not itself waive your right of withdrawal.
Open My purchases in your profile, select the purchase and submit an explicit withdrawal request. Confirm your name and payment reference. A text-file confirmation of receipt is supplied immediately for download; keep it. An identical copy remains available in My purchases. You may also email an unambiguous withdrawal statement to support@dinosgacha.com.
A request is not itself confirmation of a refund. Refunds due under consumer law are processed without undue delay and within the applicable legal period, normally through the original payment method.
Immediate delivery of digital items
Before immediate delivery of an item bought with crystals, we separately request your express consent for delivery to begin during the withdrawal period and your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal for that content once delivery begins. We provide a purchase confirmation recording the item, price, terms and your acceptance before delivery begins. Keep the confirmation file provided for your purchase.
Where the immediate-supply, express-consent, acknowledgement and confirmation requirements have all been met, a change of mind or dissatisfaction with a random result does not entitle you to a refund for that supplied content. This does not remove withdrawal rights for eligible unused purchased crystals, or your legal rights for faulty, missing or incorrectly supplied content or services.
The terms confirmed for earlier purchases continue to apply. These updated terms and any new content acceptance do not retrospectively impose a withdrawal waiver on earlier transactions.

Content and feedback
Do not redistribute protected game content without permission, except where the law allows it. Only include information you are entitled to share in feedback.

Changes and your rights
We may change or suspend features to maintain or protect the service. Updated terms will appear on this page. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, data-protection rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
